Our mission is to provide our community with access to a continuum of quality services, delivered in a safe and effective manner through an integrated health care system.

Our Leaders, The Hospital's Board of Directors is comprised of 16 volunteer members representing the Finger Lakes Region. The Board's role is to offer overall guidance and stewardship for the organization.  The services and programs offered by the Hospital are determined through collaborative efforts of the Board, the Medical Staff and the community.

The Board, in cooperation with John Galati, President and CEO, utilizes data on local, regional and national trends as well as anecdotal reports from individuals and organizations within the community to shape the organization's future.

Industry benchmarks, government and private sector evaluations and satisfaction surveys are used to gauge the Hospital's success in its commitment to excellence in service to patients, staff and the communities we serve.
