Nursing Positions

Department: Special Services
Hours: Full-time 80 hours biweekly 140-10
Weekends: On Call rotation
Requirements: NYS RN license. GI experience preferred. ACLS certified within 6 month of hire.
Radiology RN
Department: Radiology
Hours: Per Diem 8 hours biweekly 185-10

Requirements: NYS RN license. Recommended prior experience in medical/surgical, emergency and ICU nursing. Credentialed by the Chairperson of Radiology.
Diabetes Nurse Clinician (RN)
Department: Diabetes Health Center
Hours: Full-time 80 hours biweekly 243-10
Requirements: Registered Nurse with minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Current unrestricted NYS nursing license. Certified Diabetes Educator preferred or has qualifications to take national exam within
one year of hire and obtain credentials. 2 years recent diabetes care experience. Occasional evenings and
weekends.
LPN Office Nurse
Department: Health First Family
Hours: Full-time 80 hours biweekly 224-10
Weekends:
Requirements: NYS LPN license. One year medical office experience preferred.
LPN
Department: Nursing Home
Hours: Part-time and per diem
Weekends: Every other required
Requirements: NYS LPN license, one or more years experience in Med/Surg or Long Term Care.
Allied Health
Positions
PCT
Department: Med/Surg
Hours: Part-time 32 hours biweekly 250-10
Hours: Part-time 32 hours biweekly 257-10
Weekends: Every-other
Requirements: Previous nurses aide experience, completion of a CNA program or completed 1st semester Nursing school, CPR. Will be required to work 1winter and 1 summer holiday.
C.N.A. –All Shifts
Department: Nursing Home
Hours: Full-time, part-time and per diem
Weekends: Every other required
Requirements: NYS CNA certification.
Experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Psych Tech
Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field or 3+ years of experience in mental health service delivery, CPR, BMT within 90 days of hire. Occasional overnights may be
required.
